Protecting Your Visa Check Card PIN Aug 22, 2011, 12:24 pm By Emily Haleck

In case you missed it in your August statement, here’s an announcement on changing your PIN number on your VISA Check card.

Bank of American Fork is committed to protecting and keeping your personal information confidential. To ensure the security of your VISA Check card Personal Identification Number (PIN), the Bank will no longer be able to change your PIN by phone. For your convenience your options are listed below.

Effective Sept. 1, 2011, the following PIN change options will be available:

- Call the activation number on the sticker located on the front of the card. This will activiate your new card. You will then be given the opportunity to change your PIN to the number of your choice.

- Change your PIN at any ATM that accepts your VISA Check card and offers the PIN change option. You will be required to enter your current PIN. Follow the ATM prompts to change your PIN.

- Visit any one of our twelve branch locations and a Customer Service Representative can facilitate your PIN change.

We appreciate you and will continue to help protect your personal information .If you have any questions about the PIN change process, please contact our Customer Care Center at 800-815-BANK.
