Agle will discuss stakeholder modeling and how it can help build a more effective and ethical organization. Stakeholder theory will be introduced, with particular emphasis on the practical application of stakeholder identification and salience.  Agle will use an engaging combination of lecture, case studies, and participant involvement to provide attendees with valuable insights regarding the stakeholders who inevitably impact their personal and organizational success.
